Tomorrow is the Chatterton Village Christmas Fayre and as you can imagine things are very busy in the shop! All of the making is now done but there is still lots to decorate and get ready for tomorrow! We will have Tinsel robins and penguins, mini stockings and emoji stars to decorate your tree, and we have a new array of Tinsel hedgehogs ready for new homes this Christmas. As well as the decorations, there will also be a lucky dip for the children, and we will be bringing back last year's very successful Avon Tombola. The shop will also be open, should you need wool, with 2 special boxes, priced at £1 and £2, a more than 50% discount, just for the duration of the Fayre and the following Saturday. There will be lots of charity stalls along the road and music from the local school choir to get you in a Christmas mood.

Christmas preparations are coming along very well, the nativity that Sharon has been knitting is so close to being done, with only a sheep left to knit and cording to make to add to the Wise Men. A lot of work has gone into them, with an entire week taken jut to sew everyone up! A blissful purchase! Debbie Bliss' new yarn Falklands Aran is a beautiful 100% wool aran, ecologically and organically produced. In beautiful shades of blue with an ochre and cream to complete the palette. So soft it needs to be felt to be believed! Sample of the new buttons that have arrived this week, how cute are those sheep!
